For all browsers, SSH connection require :
Protocol : SFTP

Install deb file on your iDevice by following one of the next 3 options.
(OPTION 1) : use DPKG and SSH connection :
Go through the ssh connection to put SourceGui.deb and ThemeIt.deb files into /var/tmp/ folder.
Open Terminal (available in Cydia)on your iDevice :
you see => YourDeviceName : / mobile$
type => su
you see => password :
type => alpine and enter (no chars show, it's normal for security reason).
you see => YourDeviceName : / root# (root# indicates that you have root privileges)
-> First : install SourceGui.deb (a dependency of Theme It application, must be the first install !)
type => dpkg -i /var/tmp/SourceGui.deb
you see => (reading database .... xxxx files and directories currently installed.)
etc ...
Unpacking .....
Setting up .....
at the end you see => YourDeviceName : / root#
-> Second install Theme It application.
type => dpkg -i /var/tmp/ThemeIt.deb
you see => (reading database .... xxxx files and directories currently installed.)
etc ...
Unpacking .....
Setting up .....
at the end you see => YourDeviceName : / root#
If no error show, Theme it is installed ! you must respring and/or reboot your iDevice.
(**) Delete deb files on Terminal with this command :
rm /var/tmp/SourceGui.deb
rm /var/tmp/ThemeIt.deb
or use your SSH connection to delete this files.
(**) To exit root session you can type : exit
(OPTION 2) : Use iFile (found it on Cydia shop) and SSH connection :
Go through the ssh connection to put SourceGui.deb and ThemeIt.deb files into /var/tmp/
Open iFile and goto /var/tmp/
You see SourceGui.deb and ThemeIt.deb files on the arborescence.
Touch SourceGui.deb item, a drawer open and offer to you to install it. Select install and wait end procedure.
Goto back to repeat this procedure with Theme it app.
Touch ThemeIt.deb item, a drawer open and offer to you to install it. Select install and wait end procedure.
After installation, delete SourceGui.deb and ThemeIt.deb files, for that touch screen from right to left on the item, a delete button appair, click on it.
(OPTION 3) : Use Cydia and SSH connection (alternative, it's more better to add source and download/install directly from Cydia) :
Go through the ssh connection in arborscence : /private/var/root/Media.
The direcory is empty, then create the folder Cydia, then within that newly created folder, create the folder AutoInstall.
So we end up with a final tree like this: /private/var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall. (We must respect the capital letters.)
You guessed it then just put your SourceGui.deb and ThemeIt.deb files in the folder, reboot and do a respring for that.
Theme it application is present in the list of files installed in Cydia.
